Domestic (UK) Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business working days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

PLEASE NOTE: If any items are out of stock (e.g. on “back-order”), your order will only be dispatched once all items are available, we do not ship part orders (unless otherwise stated or agreed with the customer).

Orders must be paid before 1pm to qualify for dispatch on the same working day.

Working days are Monday – Friday. Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. is not responsible for the delivery times once the order has left our premises.

Delivery will usually deliver all products comprised in your order in one delivery. Delivering directly to the specified delivery address in your order. Delivery of items in an order to multiple addresses is not possible.

All deliveries are usually made to the door by the courier. If at the time of delivery you are not in to receive the delivery. The courier will generally leave a note behind and take the delivery back to their depot. You may either arrange to pick it up or request a re-delivery.

The courier may decide to leave the delivery with a neighbour.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
